Who organises the festival?
The festival is an initiative of the Shire of Mundaring and is run by a small, hard-working committee of industry professionals.
Where is Mundaring and how far is it from Perth?
Mundaring is located in the beautiful Perth Hills region, approximately 40 minutes’ drive east of Perth and just 25 minutes’ drive from Perth domestic airport.
Can I work as a volunteer at the festival?
Certainly! There are a variety of positions available on a voluntary basis. If you are interested in assisting in a voluntary capacity over the weekend, please contact us.
What if it rains?
The Mundaring Truffle Festival is an all-weather event and goes ahead, rain or shine.
Given the time of year and the likelihood of cool weather and rain, we recommend you bring along jumpers and rain jackets in case it is cold and wet. Refunds will not be issued for wet weather.
Can I smoke at the festival?
Smoking is not permitted inside the festival venues including the marquees. For the comfort of other patrons smoking is also not permitted within five metres of the venue entrances.
Are tickets purchased refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. Please choose carefully when making your purchase. The festival is unable to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Companion Card
The Mundaring Truffle Festival is proud to be affiliated with the Companion Card, and will provide people who present the Companion Card free entry to the Festival.
