The organisers reserve the right to change the programme should circumstances beyond their control arise.
Bookings and payment can be made by telephone, mail, email or using the online shopping cart.
We accept cheques, MasterCard or Visa. Credit card receipts will show ‘Mundaring Visitor Centre ’. Full payment is required at time of booking, please allow up to 14 days for payment processing.

Changes/Cancellations:
One change is permitted per booking at no charge.
All further changes will incur an administration fee of $20.00 per change.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received prior to 1st June 2008: administration fee of $20.00 each.
Cancellations received after 1st June 2008 and before 1st July 2008: 50% of the booking fee paid.
Cancellations received after 1st July 2008: No Refund
